The mother's weight really is a neat contest twist and not too many women are brave enough to do it! Spam! I love it. It's great to chop up for fried rice. It was always a treat when I was growing up because it was too expensive. Yes, we were that poor. Most of our meals didn't include a meat dish, only the little piece of salt pork in the beans. The meat we did have was from something my dad or his brothers killed, so it's venison I hate. It's strange I still like pinto beans, fried potatoes, and cornbread.
