The only preggo in the land not ready for baby to come NOW?

It seems like every other preggo around is erring on the side of early when it comes to their baby’s birth. It is no wonder, I mean when you are as fat as a blimp and super uncomfortable why wouldn’t you want the process to end faster?
Me? I am the dumb one that counts to 42 weeks as full term and then craps her pants when she realizes she had baby #1 at just 39 weeks 5 days…
Did I mention I am almost 34 weeks pregnant now?
Here I am thinking I’ve got about 9 weeks to go when really time isn’t technically on my side as much as I’d like to think it is.
In 5 weeks I begin my stay at The Farm to wait for labor to start. In about 7 weeks I’ll be 40 weeks pregnant, If I stay pregnant that long.
Basically I need to get my ass in gear and I am sitting here feeling like the only preggo that isn’t tapping her toe and wishing for labor NOW (in 5 weeks this will likely change).
I feel the anxiety of it all mounting. Who will watch our home and animals for us? What else do I still need to gather for the birth kit. How can I best plan and prepare E for this adventure? What baby crap do we still need. Scratch that, it is more like how will we manage without all the baby crap we didn’t already get?
GAH!!
Deep breath, drink some water… Dream it is wine and go check out Twitter or Facebook for a distraction.
Dudes, comment also are a good distraction and anxiety reducer so say hey below and delurk alright?

I'm pretty confident in saying that you are more prepared than you think you are. Its natural to think that you don't have the stuff you need or everything done, but somehow, it all falls into place. Just spend the next few weeks trying to relax and spend time with E and N before your world turns upside down with the needs of a newborn :)
You will be great at handing #2 and any little bumps that come along the way!!

LikeAw man, totally called out by your "delurk" comment... Delurking!
I think I would be more in your shoes, trying to take my time before the birth... no babies yet for me, but I'm very intrigued by the idea of a home birth. And The Farm sounds amazing!
Sending well-wishes your way! :)
