Only time she’s happy s'when she’s packing food away. The second line, when spoken rhythmically gets two beats to the the syllable, and the extra syllable in the last line gives it a feeling of finality. Pretty cute! And all I know for sure is that it's not iambic pentameter! Best off the cuff guess is it’s actually a 2 stanza couplet… if written like this:

Fussy little Li-li,
grunts all day.

Only time she’s happy
s’when she’s packing food away.

The second line, when spoken rhythmically gets two beats to the the syllable, and the extra syllable in the last line gives it a feeling of finality.
