I made a coconut poke cake for Easter, it was soooo good. You make a white cake, poke hols all over it as soon as it comes out of the oven and pour a mixture of sweetened condensed milk and cocount cream over the top. After it cools you frost it with Cool Whip and toasted coconut. Best cake I ever had. Memarie Lanes last blog post..Goodbye

When I was a kid, we called this Poke Cake. I like whipped cream on it. Never tried mixing it with pudding. We used to come up with all sorts of variation of cake, jello and juices. YUMMY!
