I swear, it is because of pregnancy brain!

Weeks ago I sent off our homeowners association dues check, thought I was doing well at staying on top of stuff despite my lack of energy and morning sickness. Then Nathan got an email from the HOA president, there was a problem with the check. I forgot to sign the darn check I sent them. Oops!

Nathan had to meet with the HOA president to sign the check last week and all the while the HOA guy thinks we didn’t sign it because we can’t afford to pay it. He even offers to work with us if we need some more time before he cashes the check.

How sweet of him! Actually, we are financially strapped but we do make a priority to pay what we can anticipate and save for and we aim to pay on time. Even while unemployed and broke. It’s just the stupid pregnancy brain madness!

Also, while bathing Everly I was getting her jug of bubble bath. Uncapped the bottle was heading over to pour some in the tub… I began pouring over the toilet before I noticed I was a dumbass and quickly re-aimed for the bathtub. Can you imagine the mess a toilet full of bubble bath would be? I bet it would sud up and overflow on the poor schmuck that flushed it down…

Had I gotten an bubble bath in the toilet I so would have left it for Nathan to unsuspectingly flush. Of course I’d be ready with the camera, ready for the disaster and the hilarity.

Also, for the record milk doesn’t belong in the kitchen cabinets.

lol, I did funny stuff like that and to b honest I till do. hahah. They say your " mush brain" goes away after awhile but it's been 2 yrs and I still find myself doing things like that. hahah

Yeah, at least you've got a damn good reason for forgetfulness. I would like it noted that I would never ever lose my keys, run around tearing up the house in an effort to find said keys, call a buddy of mine to bring me into work because I didn't have an extra set made, and then return home to find my husband had found said keys in the freezer. Never...
