Everly has a new found talent she showed us last night while she and daddy were having some quality time. Can you tell she’d skipped her nap?

Don’t mind the mess that is my kitchen. It is her favorite place to destroy these days.

Over on my youtube account I was taking a look back at all the junk I’ve published there. I am surprised by the interest in this video, it is one of the more popular ones. Probably because it’s kind of unusual and partly cute.

Then there is this one, a more beneficial video I made for this blog post to accompany the craft project instructions I posted.

This one is kind of funny because Everly recorded it herself about five months ago:

I figure posting about how the day was would be a bore, especially since it mostly consisted of crying and throwing things because mommy got sick and now E is sick. No, I was not the one crying and throwing things. Just to clear that up.

Instead mind numbing, lazy-ass video flashbacks are the winner. Yay! Happy wordless Wednesday.

Can you believe the whole time that madness was going on over our house (I mean shells were literally falling on to our roof) Miss Everly was sound asleep?

Not that I’ll be relaxing or anything. It will be nice to have an extra set of hands around here to wrangle Miss Everly though. She’s totally keeping me on my toes these days. No surprise there.

She had her first go at spoon feeding herself friday:

She also took her first fall of the couch (on to pillows, thanks to me). Then she ventured up a few stairs while I was cleaning up cat vomit and she sort of face planted (not on to pillows, just carpet). She’s okay, no bruises or bumps at all. She’s really getting brave and is sort of counting on having us there to literally catch her… She’s learning about gravity and how to proceed with care these days.

She’s been an dancing machine in the afternoons when I play The Fresh Beat Band for her (and her musical puzzle board):

Over the weekend we are planning a theme park trip (to Holiday World) with our neighbors and their twin boys. We are gonna switch off with baby watching and ride riding… Should be fun and crazy at the same time. Also have errands to run, yard work to do and all that fun stuff.

Recorded this for Maiden53 especially! Thought it would be kind of fun to share. She’s been doing this for about a week or so now. Not sure how much longer the toy will last. LOL!

A year ago today I was 24 weeks pregnant and I blogged: Purring Cats on Pregnant Bellies… 24 week pregnancy thoughts.

This is mainly for family because I don’t imagine too many others would be interested in watching a 10min feeding session. E is loving feeding herself these days and she’s kind of demanding as you can see. LOL

She’s been dong this for several weeks now… She’s got some vocal cords on her and she knows how to use them. Shouting, screeching and yelling is her new favorite thing to do these days.
